Our multi-disciplinary team designs buildings that are structurally efficient, integrated
with building services, and fully adaptable to changing needs. All building designs follow
green building and sustainability frameworks, which are established during the concept
design phase. We are designing your future home; buildings using our technologies in Virtual
Reality to give a holistic view of the building and reduces the construction errors during
the construction period.
Construction of New Prasadam Potu:
Due to the hazardous condition of the existing Prasadam Potu situated inside the
temple complex on the south side, a new Prasadam Potu is proposed with better safety
measures at place and engineered allocation of the spaces required for the potus of
temples. The new Potu is allocated a land of 0.54 acres, situated just outside the
north Madaveedhulu in between Prakaram 1 & Prakaram 2. For the distribution of
prasads to the pilgrims, distribution counters have been engineered in such a way
that maintains the smooth and quick flow of the distribution. The counters are also
equipped with surveillance devices to maintain proper decorum.
Queue Complex: The existing queue complex and
queue lines are inadequate with their current design therefore, new complexes have been
designed based on the guidelines given in Time – Saver Standards for Architectural
Design Data. The design calculations and steps followed are given below. For waiting
halls, 2 sqm has been considered per person and 0.6 m length for queue lines for per
person capacity. The placement of Nursing rooms, reception, storage rooms, first aids,
ticket counters etc. have been considered based on the guidelines provided by TSS.
Proposed queue complex has 2 blocks with G+2 structure with different holding
capacities. Holding capacity is calculated by the addition of seating capacity and
standing capacity.
